What About The Nuns, Think Of the Nuns!

February 26, 2008
So NBC is playing chicken shit cowards because the religious-moon-batty-wing-nutties (looks like Fey hit a nerve, LOL) are complaining that Tina Fey called Nuns bitches. Well the CNN spoof on SNL did not call nuns bitches so what is NBC’s excuse about pulling that video? NBC is claiming copyright violation, however, all one has to do is go to youtube and enter NBC and countless videos from NBC will pop up, including videos featuring that adulterer Matt Lauer. Yet those videos are still there. Why is NBC pulling this one Saturday Night Live Video? Because first the opening video parodying the democratic debate demonstrates clearly how the media is tripping over itself to lick Obama’s boots. And second, the Tina Fey segment gave a boost to Clinton’s female appeal. Fey says “Bitch Is The New Black.” I say overt misogyny is the new black and NBC is wearing it like a cheap suit.
Here is part of what Fey said:

And maybe what bothers me the most is that people say that Hillary is a bitch. And let me say something about that: yeah, she is, and so am I. And so is this one (pointing at Amy Poehler). And you know what, bitches get stuff done. That’s why Catholic schools use nuns as teachers and not priests. Those nuns are mean old clams, and they sleep on cots and are allowed to hit you. And at the end of the school year, you hated those bitches, but you knew the capital of Vermont. So, I’m saying it’s not too late Texas and Ohio. Get on board. Bitch is the new black!

Talk about Christians, oh my gawd they have a patent on the persecution complex. I will tell you who is persecuted,– all the little children who have to tolerate paid “helpers” in public school who worm their cancerous ideology into the classrooms. Case in point. The other day, a “helper” told my daughter’s classroom that she was voting for Huckabee and not Clinton because a woman does not need that much power. Before that rich piece of gospeling, for a game of hangman she gave the children the word C-h-r-i-s-t-i-a-n-i-t-y (no one got it). WTF? I could see protesting hangman because of its violent connotations, it is hanging a man after all, but to use the word Christianity, is just off-kilter.

Read the comments following that so-called “Christians are Concerned about Nuns Being Called Bitches” article. Not many of the comments are very Christian like.

As is often the case, NBC may try to pull the link, but it’s too late: it has been copied and embedded in other blogs, like this one:
of course, this blog is all huffy about it!

Momo, Huffingtonpost is gone, long gone, that boat has sailed.

What I find funny is the shoe is on the other foot, and people memories are short. When the right went gah gah over a candidate the left was all in a furor. Now the left cannot see their gah gah-ness. It’s like snap out of it already. Vote for the man if he is honestly ready for the position, but don’t lick his damn boots like a damn fool, he ain’t god.

I saw a term today that I liked. Obamamania. That is exactly what it is. People are caught up in the mass hysteria over him. If a person has done a side by side comparison between Clinton and Obama on the issues (economy, foreign affairs, health, security, etc) and still pick him, then great. But most of the Obama supports I meet in the general public can not tell me WHY they like him. (And if they just use the word change, I smack them like that fish tail on the Captain D’s commercials!)

I guess it’s just my opinion but I can’t see how he matches up qualifications wise against her as a candidate.
