Wake Me Up!

April 13, 2008
We suffered through 90-degree weather today! What’s that all about? Who wants a story about Mr. Glendower? I need some motivation. If I get a yes, even a half-hearted yes I will get right to writing.

If you enjoy the effect of an aquarium but don’t want the actual responsibility, try the Nest Cam. It’s delightful. But don’t expect anything once it gets dark, you can’t see a thing. Don’t forget to turn on the sound.

    Yes! I like your stories.
There is still some snow on the ground here, but a little fuzzy green stubble is suddenly visible on our muddy lawns. A few green leaves that will be tulips and daffodils, irises and lilies, are poking out between last fall’s dead brown leaves. It may get over 40 degrees tomorrow, and by Wed it may be 65. We will go straight from shivering to complaining about the heat in a few short weeks.

Yes, tell us a story. And make it seem gory.

I’m not too good with gory, especially since I am the master at compartmentalising, i.e. blocking out stuff. LOL! But I shall get started on a story. I should have it done by noon Monday.

Momo, we have some kind of giant mushroom fungus looking thing growing out of one of our bushes. YUCK!
