    Yummy. You could be one of those people who comes up with the recipes they put on cracker boxes ;-).

    How many would be a serving? Let’s see, the average adult feminist needs approx 2200 calories a day. That would be x(44)=30-6/44) -17 for the seeds=

    That’s a very delicate snack. I just know one would never be enough.
