Protecting Stupid People Against Terror

June 7, 2013

Today during a press conference, President Obama started to leave and then turned back to the podium when someone threw another question at him.  I didn’t catch the question and only saw his movements (the tellie was on mute).  By the time, I un-muted the television I was quite annoyed.  President Obama was going on about how it is perfectly okay to spy on U.S. citizens because all techniques and intel gained are presented in front of a panel/committee made up of officials that “we the people” elected.  Now, there is playing along with farcical melodramas and there is playing along with lies, flat out lies.

Am I the only one or what?  Who continues to believe that “the people” are responsible for putting the members of panels/committees that are “representing” the people in their positions?

Why play along with a magical magician if the illusions are not elusive.

What Obama should have said and didn’t:  “The 4th amendment has been voided and you can’t do a damn thing about it you little not us nothing.”

It was over a long, long time ago. This is just the playing out.

It is such a time/energy sink.
